Horizon CRM Training
Visionbase Software offers a number of training options to suit your requirements.

On-site Training/Consultancy
Usually where a customer requires installation and initial training we will visit your premises. Your training day is usually split into two halves. The first half is used to install and configure RentAccom on your network with the second half used for basic training for up to 3 people. Of course where the customer has successfully installed RentAccom prior to training then the whole day is used for training.

Hours: 10am to 4.30pm

One-to-One Training
Visionbase offer two levels of one-to-one training at our offices in Sheffield. Using your data or demo data we can run through specific areas of your choice to get you familiar with RentAccom

Hours: 10am to 1pm (3 hours one-to-one) - £150 + Vat per person

or 10am to 4pm (6 hours one-to-one) -£300 + Vat per person

Telephone Training (£50 + Vat per hour)
Visionbase can guide you through your selected topics over the phone and by remote control. This method is great for getting to grips to a particular topic of RentAccom

Hours: Charged by the hour

Training Course (£150 + vat per person)
We run regular training courses at our offices at the Blades Enterprise Centre at Sheffield United Football Club. Covering set topics for a group of users this is a great way to learn the basics of RentAccom from our Standard days and the more advanced features such as working with Sage from our advanced courses.
