How do I become a reseller? Once the reseller area is active you will be
able to register as a reseller. The price of
becoming
a reseller is £995+VAT. For this price you will be
given your own 5 user "Not for Resale" copy
of Horizon Suite for internal use only. You will
also be give either a 5 user version of Horizon
Suite
or 4 individual Horizon Suite licences for you to
sell to your customers. You will also receive a 1
hour
online training session to help you get familiar
with Horizon
The total retail value of the products you receive
is £3000+VAT.
What discounts are available?
30%
discount on the first £5000 of completed sales per
month
40%
discount on sales between £5000 and £10000 of
completed sales per month
50%
discount on sales over £10000 per month
How do I place an order? Once the reseller area is up and running and you
have become a registered reseller you will
be able login to your account to place an order. You
will enter your customers name and
contact details and enter the required items. After
saving your order your discount will be
calculated and you will then be sent an invoice. The
invoice will show our bank details where
you will perform a bank transfer. On cleared funds
we will then issue you and/or your customer
with a registration key to turn Horizon into the
full product.
Can I cancel an order ? You can cancel an order only if a registration
key has not been issued. Under no circumstances
will a order be refunded once a registration key has
been issued. You will be able to cancel an
order from your login area
Do
I receive discounts on support? We do not discount support renewals. 12 months
telephone and update support is given to
your customers with the initial purchase. Just prior
to expiration of support we will contact
users directly for support renewals. From time to
time you may have to visit your customer
onsite. You can charge your customer your usual rate
for this service
