This tour briefly demonstrates the diary facilities including a number of views in which to view your activity

Dashboards
This tour demonstrates the powerful dashboards available to administrators providing important information on the company's performance.

Marketing Campaigns
This tour demonstrates the marketing campaign module which will allow to create mail shots and email shots, events etc, recording the effectiveness
of each campaign

Sales Ordering/Invoicing
This tour demonstrates the invoicing module which allows invoicing in multi currency as well as allowing you to create your own invoice template

Sage Link - Service Invoices
This tour demonstrates the Horizon to Sage Line 50 link. This example will post Horizon invoices into Line 50 as Service Invoices. More movies demonstrating Product invoices coming soon

Help Desk Issues
This tour demonstrates a workflow configured to be used as a helpdesk. The tour will guide you through raising an issue whilst on the phone to a customer through to completion with help from the Knowledge Base

Online Knowledge Base -
This tour will demonstrate the ability to host your knowledge base online. This can drastically cut down the time your customers need to call for support.
